Franke launches new 'budget friendly' Format 45 cookerhood

Franke has unveiled its new Format 45 cookerhood, which features a professional-style T-shape design, along with a powerful motor. 

Described as 'budget friendly', it has been strategically priced from just £292, and the company says that the Format 45 is among a selection of new hood products that are aimed at giving customers access to the hallmark credentials of the Franke brand for quality, design and performance, with the benefit of a lower price point. 

Format 45 offers three speeds, plus an intensive setting with an extraction rate of 700m³/h, which is said to make it an ideal companion to range cookers. Format 45 comes in a stainless steel finish in 60cm and 70cm widths, and a 90cm-wide option is available in a choice of stainless steel or black. 

Format 45 features pushbutton controls, an energy efficiency class 'B' rating, an easy-to-clean filter, and two LED lights. It is backed by a two-year warranty on working parts and for full flexibility, and can be fitted in either recirculating or ducted mode.
