British kitchen manufacturer Moores has enrolled three members of its showroom team on a British Sign Language (BSL) training course as part of its commitment to inclusiveity and progression.
Marketing communications manager Nicole Farrar and customer managers Brittany Thompson and Julia Chang are the first of the team to undertake the course and hope to have completed their training in the next few months.
Michael Brown, group sales director at Moores, said: “We want to ensure all our customers feel we are supporting them the very best we can, and communication plays a huge factor in that. We understand the difficulties those living with hearing impairments face day-to-day, so we hope this training will help to make the whole Moores experience as welcoming and seamless as possible.”
