Atlanta Bathrooms has announced new delivery improvements that are designed to enhance the delivery experience for its customers and provide partners with peace of mind. From February 2025, the company says it is rolling out a revamped delivery process that ensures complete transparency and efficiency at every step of the order journey. With over 90% of its products manufactured in-house, the new process will enable the company to deliver Atlanta-branded products within 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability.
The new system focuses on keeping customers informed from order placement to delivery. Here’s how it works:
Order Acknowledgement: When a customer places an order, they will receive an immediate confirmation to reassure them that everything has been accurately received.
Delivery Scheduling Confirmation: Within 48–72 hours of the order, the customer will receive a notification detailing the expected delivery date.
Despatch Notification: Finally, a confirmation will be sent once the order has left the warehouse.
Atlanta says it takes pride in delivering directly to its retailers through its Atlanta Bathrooms-trained delivery team. This approach ensures first-time and on-time deliveries, reducing delays and improving efficiency. In addition, it operates a pre-installation no-quibble guarantee. If any damages are detected, simply report them within 28 days of receipt or prior to installation, and Atlanta promises to take care of the rest. Finally, for non-faulty items that are no longer required, returns are accepted (subject to a re-stocking charge & timescale) as long as they are in resaleable condition.
