The company says this achievement marks a significant leap from its 2024 1 Star 'Very Good' status, reflecting its continued investment in its people, culture, and workplace environment. The jump from 1 Star to 2 Star status within a year demonstrates the strength of Geberit’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and empowering culture across the UK and Ireland.
