As West One Bathrooms opens the doors to its completely renovated showroom, we take a look at the displays and hear from MD Duncan Waters about what makes the space so immersive.

West One Bathrooms has completed a comprehensive renovation of its flagship showroom on South Audley Street, Mayfair. The company says the newly reimagined space marks a bold new chapter for the brand, uniting craftsmanship, innovation and high design in a setting that reflects the pinnacle of bathroom luxury.

Designed in collaboration with acclaimed interior designer Naomi Astley Clarke, the renovation redefines the showroom experience as not simply a place to view product, but as an immersive destination for inspiration and expertise. Naomi’s design blends timeless elegance with theatrical detail, echoing the opulence of Mayfair while introducing a fresh visual narrative across the space.

At the centre of the showroom is a new display featuring the Le Faucon bath mixer, positioned above a bespoke bath with custom cabinetry and a Verdi Alpi marble surface. This is accompanied by a matching vanity unit, establishing a central zone that reflects the quality and finish of West One Bathrooms' product offering.

On either side, 2 enclosed cubicles are clad in Rosso Levanto marble slabs, one incorporating a TOTO washlet, the other a shower with crystal and gold-leaf detailing.

These core features are set against a mural hand-painted by artist Freddie Wimsett, incorporating clematis motifs and gold-leaf falcons, which reference the company’s signature brassware.

Additional elements include blush-toned panelling with inset Lalique crystal panels and the Champs-Élysées chandelier by Lalique. Beneath it sits the Kreoo Blessed Bath, designed by Christophe Pillet, featuring a travertine exterior and Bianco del Re marble interior.

Further into the space, a wellness display showcases integrated steam and Sunshower features, illustrating how wellness technology can be introduced into residential bathroom schemes.

The showroom also debuts the latest from Gessi’s Haute Culture collection – the first showroom in the world to have one on display – reinforcing the brand’s role as a destination for the most forward-thinking global bathroom design.

As well as showcasing headline design statements, the showroom is now home to West One Bathrooms’ most expansive accessories collection to date. Spanning over 150 lines from world-renowned brands and artisan makers, the curation includes towel bars and robe hooks, mirrors and tumblers, soap dispensers, toilet-roll holders and shelf units, all selected for their precision craftsmanship and sculptural detailing. The accessories collection offers endless ways to layer character and elevate every element of a bathroom scheme.

Duncan Waters, MD at West One Bathrooms, says: “This renovation represents one of the most significant investments we have made in our physical retail spaces, not just in terms of design and materials, but in what it allows us to offer our clients. We wanted to create a space that feels as bespoke and curated as the bathrooms we help design. It is a complete reimagining of how people interact with bathroom products, tactile, immersive, and visually arresting from the moment you step inside.

“For interior designers, it offers a showroom that mirrors the calibre of the projects they work on, with access to some of the most exclusive products and materials in the industry. For homeowners, it’s a space that sparks ideas and possibilities, somewhere to explore, ask questions, and discover solutions they won’t find anywhere else. We are incredibly proud of what this showroom now represents: a design destination, a working studio, and above all, a showcase of the best in bathroom innovation.”

The revamped showroom is now officially open, offering clients and the design community a first-hand experience of the future of luxury bathrooms.
