MHK UK strengthens online presence with new B2C and B2B websites
MHK UK, part of Europe's leading buying group for KBB retailers, has relaunched its dedicated B2C website, which has been designed to support consumers throughout their buying journey: from initial inspiration to connecting with local kitchen studios and finding their nearest Kitchen Experts showroom.
Simultaneously, the company has launched a new B2B platform, tailored specifically to the needs of MHK UK members, retail partners and suppliers. MHK UK describes the two launches as a ‘major milestone’ in its strategy to deliver greater value to consumer and professional audiences ‘through targeted digital experiences’.
MHK UK says the new and improved B2C website focuses on helping consumers make confident kitchen buying decisions by providing enhanced visibility for local studios, online planners, project references, style inspiration, optimised navigation and an intuitive showroom search.
David Morris, sales director at MHK UK, said: “With kitchen-experts.co.uk, we’re increasing the visibility of our members at exactly the right moment: when their customers are actively searching. This builds trust and boosts lead generation for their kitchen studios, while also showcasing our strong supplier partnerships to the consumer audience.”
Launched in parallel, the new B2B website serves as a comprehensive information and service hub for MHK UK members, interested KBB retailers who want to start or grow their own business as well as retail partners and suppliers.
Morris added: “With mhk.co.uk, we’re simplifying communication and providing a clear, central point of contact. It’s especially valuable for kitchen studios interested in joining our network, giving them transparent access to everything we offer and supporting long-term collaboration.”
