PWS announces extension of its partnership with the Silver X Group

Following a successful partnership with the Silver X Group earlier in the year, which included a brand-new, dedicated delivery fleet to be used across Great Britain, PWS has extended its relationship for a further 5 years. PWS says the renewal of this collaboration reflects the outstanding service, consistently positive customer feedback and reliability that the Silver X Group continues to provide across PWS’ operations.

The PDF fleet is built around 18-tonne vehicles, supported by a range of 7.5- to 18-tonne lorries to ensure every delivery is handled efficiently. This mix allows PWS to match the vehicle to the job, speeding up delivery times, reducing complications and limiting the need for assisted unloading thanks to fully equipped tail lifts and pump trucks. Significant enhancements have also included morning delivery updates, real-time tracking, rescheduling options and feedback opportunities for customers.
