Kitchen renovations franchise Kitchen Makeovers says it is closing 2025 on a high note after a year of network expansion and personal milestones. This positive momentum can be seen in the latest Elite Franchise 100 (EF100) ranking where Kitchen Makeovers placed 69th – rising from 81st in 2024 – and now ranked as the second-highest home renovations franchise. This growth is the result of excellent franchisee satisfaction, business performance and overall brand strength.

The EF100 – sponsored by HSBC UK – champions the most innovative, impactful and successful franchises across the country. Each entrant is assessed by a panel of experts for growth, leadership, innovation, franchise partner support and community impact Over the last 12 months, Kitchen Makeovers has introduced 9 new faces to its growing network of professionals from Colchester in the east, Liverpool in the north and Bournemouth in the south, totalling 37 operational franchise locations.

Will Frankling, co-owner of Kitchen Makeovers, said: “This has truly been our best year yet. The number of people joining the Kitchen Makeovers network and launching their own business has been a brilliant sight to see. We’re proud because behind every new opening is someone taking a big leap into business ownership – and making it work. It’s a true testament to the work we put in to support our franchisees so they can succeed.”

The growing momentum was celebrated at the brand’s Milton Keynes conference midway through the year, with franchisees coming together to share growth stories, recognise standout performance and map out future goals.

Frankling continued: “We’re taking this positive momentum into 2026 with ambitious plans for further expansion and even more support for franchisees. For customers, it means more local teams delivering kitchens designed for real life - cooking, hosting, homework and everything in between.”
