With a global career spanning premium fashion, lifestyle and hospitality, Ntola has held senior roles driving growth and brand awareness across the UK, Germany, China and the US, bringing a refined understanding of consumer behaviour and brand building. Her expertise blends brand strategy, digital innovation and commercial marketing, with a focus on creating elevated, design‑led customer experiences.
 
In her new role, Ntola will lead the group’s marketing vision across its expanding UK portfolio, shaping the next chapter of growth for 3 of the most respected names in contemporary kitchen design. Her remit includes strengthening brand desirability, enhancing digital performance and supporting the success of the Group’s franchise partners nationwide.
