Hendel & Hendel expands team to support continued growth
Hendel & Hendel has strengthened its team with a series of new appointments across marketing, export, client advisory and customer service, reflecting a period of steady growth and an increasing focus on how the brand is experienced at every stage.
Joining the marketing team in March, Natasha Holyhead takes on the role of brand community & PR strategist, where she will lead influencer partnerships, press engagement and events, while nurturing relationships with creators and collaborators. In February, Alec Elliot joined as export business development associate, working within the export team to expand Hendel & Hendel’s presence in the US. His focus will be on building relationships with new dealers and strengthening existing partnerships within the design community, supporting the brand’s continued international reach.
April saw 2 further additions, both centred on client experience. Isobel Jones joins as client advisor, offering guidance on handle selection and curation, providing tailored support across a wide range of projects. Alongside this, Lily Prior joins as customer service administrator, becoming part of the team known for its responsiveness and clarity.
Terence Haughton, MD at Hendel & Hendel, said: “We have always placed real importance on how people first encounter Hendel & Hendel, whether that begins with a conversation, early guidance, or the clarity we bring at the outset of a project, and these appointments strengthen that thinking across the business. What matters is that as we grow, we are able to offer even greater depth of expertise from the very beginning, ensuring every interaction feels informed, confident, and genuinely helpful... At the same time, we are seeing an increasing demand for guidance, whether from designers, trade partners or private clients, and that requires a team who can respond with confidence and knowledge.”
