Nolte Kitchens UK, the UK distributor for leading German kitchen brand Nolte Küchen, has acquired BKNC, a contracts kitchen installation business that it was previously a shareholder in. It says the move is designed to help support the growth of its direct-to-trade kitchen division and enhance its offering to the construction and house builder sector.
The well-established contracts business, which has supplied kitchens for iconic projects such as Arsenal Football Stadium, serves its national construction client base, including larger national homebuilders and smaller, more bespoke luxury developers, from its Wrexham head office.
