Bathroom supplier HiB has announced changes to its board of directors, which it says 'marks a new era for the business'. Among the announcements is the promotion of Graham Halsall, pictured, to the role of sales director, marking a significant milestone in his 18-year journey with the company. This strategic move comes as Ash Chilver transitions to the role of product director, overseeing new product development. Additionally, Steve Kaye, marketing director, will be stepping down after a 32-year tenure at HiB to spend more time with his family.
Graham Halsall has been an integral part of HiB since joining the team 18 years ago. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. In his new role as sales director, he will lead the UK sales team and work closely with merchant customers to continue HiB's success.
“I am thrilled and honoured to take on the role of sales director at HiB," said Halsall. “Having been with the company for nearly two decades, I am deeply committed to our mission and excited to lead our talented sales team towards new achievements. There are many exciting developments in the pipeline at HiB, and part of my role will be supporting retailers and our fantastic sales team as we bring those projects to life and ensure we continue to offer the best possible service to our customers.”
Robert Ginsberg, HiB's CEO, commented on the transitions: "We are delighted to promote Graham Halsall to sales director and welcome Ash Chilver into his new role as product director. Both have shown exceptional commitment and expertise to the bathroom industry over the years, and I look forward to working with them to drive growth and the expansion of HiB. We also extend our deepest gratitude to Steve Kaye for his remarkable contributions over the past 32 years. Steve has been a cornerstone of our business, playing an instrumental role in our growth and success. His contribution has been invaluable and we are hugely grateful for his unwavering commitment to HiB. On behalf of the entire team, I wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
