Grohe's new Grohe X hub, which is set to launch on 16th March, "will provide retailers with a wealth of resources right at their fingertips, and the opportunity to closer connect with the Grohe brand," according to Raj Mistry, who as leader marketing UK, Lixil, Emena, is responsible for Grohe marketing in the UK.
The new digital platform, which is an industry first, will feature inspirational multimedia content tailored to the brand's trade partners' precise needs. Whether a customer wants to know which global trends are impacting the sanitary business, or an installer is looking for how-to videos, or an architect is seeking inspiration on the latest design trends, the platform has been created to be able to provide the answers.
The company says that while Grohe X was originally intended as an alternative to the biennial ISH bathroom trade fair, from which Grohe withdrew due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has evolved to become "a new place to meet in the digital world".
Added to that, retailers will also be given special opportunites during the platform's launch week. "In the opening launch week, we’ll be offering our retail partners the unique opportunity to connect with our product teams and Grohe experts who can provide 1-1 support – something that remains incredibly important at what continues to be a challenging time," Mistry explained. "In the launch week alone, retailers will also have access to panel talks discussing the latest consumer trends as well as product guides, design inspiration and much more," he added.
