hib. launches hib.pro – a new community platform built for installers
hib. has announced the launch of hib.pro, a brand-new platform and community space created solely for professional installers. Unveiled exclusively at this year’s InstallerSHOW where hib. made its debut appearance, hib.pro is a platform that is designed to support, inspire and connect installers across the country. Whether installers are after expert installation tips, exclusive product updates, or simply want a space to share their work and connect with like-minded professionals, hib.pro brings it all together in one practical, straight-talking hub.
Built with the installer in mind, hib.pro features:
- • An exclusive online forum just for installers
- • Social channels on Instagram and Facebook tailored to trade content
- • How-to videos, behind-the-scenes content, and expert advice
- • Promotions, competitions, and insider access to the latest hib. developments.
Installers can showcase their best projects, learn from others in the field, and engage with a growing network of peers. In addition, hib.pro supports Band of Builders as its chosen charity, recognising the vital work they do in providing tradespeople with mental health support, practical assistance, and financial aid.
"hib.pro is our way of giving back to the installer community," said Rochelle Barratt, channel marketing specialist at hib. "Installers are at the heart of everything we do at hib. – they’re the ones who bring our products to life in real homes. We wanted to create a space that genuinely reflects their needs – a place where they can find support, share their successes, and be part of a wider network that understands the challenges of the trade.”
Rob Ginsberg, CEO of hib., added: “Over the past 35 years, as hib. has continued to evolve and grow, our dedicated installers have remained an integral part of our success. With the introduction of hib.pro, we’re now able to maintain a consistent flow of feedback, enabling us to enhance our products and services and make life easier for both installers and their customers."
