Novy introduces new Easy 80 Matte Line vented induction hob

Novy has launched the Easy 80 Matte Line – an 80cm recirculation vented induction hob that features a discreet matte black glass surface. It benefits from a quiet A+++ rated central matrix extractor that automatically regulates the extraction speed once cooking begins. This powerful recirculation vented hob has 4 zones that can be bridged to become 2 large Flexzones, and it includes a wide range of functions that are designed to make surface cooking easier. 

Featuring automatic pot detection, pans can be moved around the hob and the temperature will also remain the same once resituated. With white touch slider controls for each zone, there are 9 power levels, with 2 further boost functions, Power and Super Power, which bring the zones or Flexzones to maximum power level at a single touch of the controls.

The central matrix extractor has a maximun free flow rate of 750m³/h with a minimum noise level of 44dB and a maximum of 67dB. Once cooking has started, it detects cooking odours and vapours and automatically regulates the extraction speed. Both the grease filter frame and the matrix grid are removable and dishwasher safe.
