Rehome, the UK’s leading platform for the resale and reuse of premium kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms, has announced the launch of Rehome Plus after successful pilots with leading showrooms. The UK’s first affiliate referral gateway for pre-owned kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, has been officially launched nationwide, and aims to give KBB retailers a new way to win more business. It's free to join and comes complete with in-store marketing support and a cash rewards scheme. By joining, retailers can boost footfall, accelerate sales and give customers a smarter, more sustainable way to upgrade their homes, all while unlocking extra revenue with zero hassle.

Rehome Plus is a first-to-market tech-driven referral scheme that offers cash back for pre-loved kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms alongside a fully managed dismantle, resale and sustainability service. It gives KBB retailers, designers, and tradespeople a simple way to help customers trade in old interiors when buying new and be rewarded in the process. Much like part-exchanging a car, Rehome Plus allows customers to unlock the residual value of their existing kitchen, bathroom or bedroom, often generating an average return of £4,000.

This provides customers with a meaningful contribution towards a new purchase and is proving to be a powerful sales enabler, particularly at a time when renovation costs continue to rise. For retailers, it removes one of the most common barriers to purchase and helps move undecided customers towards faster buying decisions. For every successful resale, Rehome Plus partners will receive a commission, which will be paid quarterly, or can be donated to a chosen charity.

The scheme is designed to be quick and easy to implement, with minimal effort required from showroom teams. Rehome Plus provides a free digital referral tool, straightforward starter kit, and co-branded marketing assets to get showrooms up and running fast. As a fully managed service, Rehome handles everything from surveying, photographing and listing the kitchen, through to managing the sale, dismantle and aftercare. With sustainability and waste reduction becoming critical issues for the interiors industry, Rehome Plus also enables retailers to comply with current sustainability requirements and ESG reporting.

“Rehome Plus isn’t just about sustainability, it’s a powerful commercial tool for showrooms. By helping customers turn their existing kitchen into cash, it gives them a real incentive to take the next step and invest in a new one. That’s what makes it such an effective way to drive footfall and convert interest into sales,” said Helen Lord, co-founder of Rehome. “We’re working closely with showrooms across the UK to activate this scheme on the ground and deliver measurable commercial and environmental results.”
