Duravit AG and its CEO, Stephan Patrick Tahy, have announced that they have mutually decided to end their partnership and part ways.

In a statement to the press, Duravit AG said: 'The Supervisory Board and the owners of Duravit AG thank Mr Tahy for his commitment and strategic contributions to the company during his time as CEO. After having open and constructive conversations, the Supervisory Board, the owners, and Mr Tahy came to the joint conclusion that their visions for the company's future strategic direction were no longer aligned. Against this backdrop, both parties have agreed to end their collaboration at an appropriate time.'

Gregor Greinert on behalf of the Supervisory Board and the owners added: "We thank Stephan Patrick Tahy for his dedication to Duravit AG and for his valuable contributions to the company. He set strategic milestones and initiated further developments during a time of change. We wish him every success and all the best in his future personal and professional endeavors."

Stephan Patrick Tahy said: "I look back on my time at Duravit with great appreciation. Together with a dedicated, international team, we took important steps for the company's further development. I would like to thank the owners, the Supervisory Board, and especially all the employees worldwide for their trust, passion, and collaborative work. I wish Duravit continued success.”

Duravit AG said it will provide information regarding the future composition of the management team in due course. Until then, the area will be managed on an interim basis, with responsibilities shared among the existing members of the Executive Board: Martin Winkle (CFO), Thomas Stammel (COO), and Michael Demmer (CTPO).
