Beatrice Lucchese takes over at Florim as new chief executive officer
Florim has revealed its board of directors has appointed Beatrice Lucchese as CEO of the company. The company says the appointment marks a significant step in the group’s path of evolution and continuity, formally introducing the third generation of the Lucchese family into the leadership of Florim.
Founded in the early 1960s by engineer Giovanni Lucchese, Florim is now a key player in the high-end porcelain stoneware sector for architecture, interior design and construction. Since 1984, the company has been led by chairman Claudio Lucchese, and today it employs more than 1,400 people worldwide and recorded revenues of approximately €420m in 2025.
Beatrice Lucchese began her professional career with a research project focused on nanotechnologies applied to construction materials. She further strengthened her expertise through experience in leading international multidisciplinary engineering firms. A member of Florim’s board of directors since 2021, she joined the company operationally in 2022 as technical sales engineer, later taking on roles of increasing responsibility up to chief commercial officer and project director.
“I am confident that my niece Beatrice will lead Florim with enthusiasm, expertise and determination,” said Claudio Lucchese. “Over the years, she has combined vision, listening skills and a deep understanding of the company, building a solid path within the group. Her appointment represents an important step in Florim’s continuity journey, with a strong focus on the future and new generations.”
Claudio Lucchese will continue to support Beatrice Lucchese in her new position, contributing his experience and strategic vision to the group’s development path.
