IBC Group welcomes two new apprentices at Imperial Bathrooms
IBC Group has welcomed two new apprentices to its British bathroom brand Imperial Bathrooms, as part of what is says is the company’s ongoing effort to attract new talent to the KBB sector.
Flynn Beddows, pictured left, has joined the Imperial Bathrooms wood division, with the second apprentice Michael Noakes, pictured right, working in the company’s ceramics division.
Both will have the opportunity to learn from the company's craftsmen across their respective disciplines, while simultaneously studying to complete a Level 2 Engineering Operations Apprenticeship. The Level 2 qualification will see Flynn and Michael become accomplished at working safely in an engineering environment, carrying out tasks, operating machinery efficiently, and producing components to a high standard.
MD at IBC Group, Graham Bucktrout, said: “IBC Group is dedicated to creating opportunities for the next generation and we firmly believe that investing in future talent is vital, both as a means of supporting young people in the workplace and ensuring traditional trade-skills are kept alive.”
