German quartz composite sink manufacturer Schock has unveiled its second brand campaign to feature iconic rocker Iggy Pop.
Created to promote the company’s colourful sinks and taps, this new brand video sees the Godfather of Punk host a party at Schock’s Home of Colourful with his Green Team of Bavarian Forest dwellers.
Susanne Zeitlhöfler, head of marketing & product management at Schock, said: “The message is that our sinks and kitchen taps are as colourful and individual as the people who use them. We focus on the colourful, the non-ordinary. You can find us where the action is. The campaign conveys our core values in a way that gets end customers excited about our products – and turns the sink into a lifestyle object. The one-minute commercial is a strong statement in favour of modern design, traditional quality, and sustainability without losing sight of product diversity.”
The campaign was developed by Saint Elmo’s, the advertising agency behind the first Schock and Iggy Pop collaboration, which launched in 2021 and saw Iggy Pop sitting on a throne made of sinks in the Bavarian Forest. The 2023 campaign was launched on 13th March online and on social media and also includes shorter adverts to highlight Schock’s other USPs.
