Dornbracht strengthens management team with strategic new addition
Dornbracht has announced it is strengthening its strategic and organisational structure with the appointment of Natalia Castellucci de Kolb, who has joined the management team and, together with Caroline Schmitt, will form the company's new dual leadership.
Over the past 2 years, Dornbracht says its international luxury positioning has been consistently sharpened and its brand profile developed, while marketing and sales structures have been realigned to strengthen brand perception globally, leverage growth opportunities in international markets, and improve market performance in the long term. At the same time, key strategic priorities were further expanded with initiatives such as Dornbracht Atelier for consistent customisation and Dornbracht ReCrafted for strengthening circular thinking and sustainability.

Natalia Castellucci de Kolb, pictured right, has more than 25 years of international experience in financial management, corporate governance, and organisational design. In various corporate contexts – from global corporations to medium-sized companies – she has further developed management architectures, strengthened governance structures, and established sustainable performance models. Her approach combines strategic clarity with consistent implementation and strengthens the company's ability to actively manage growth, efficiency, and long-term stability.
