Bosch has announced it is offering 'reassurance to homeowners' with an extended 5-year warranty on selected models. The company says it aims to provide consumers with confidence in the durability of its appliances, backed by the added safety net of the parts and labour warranty should it be needed.
A range of freestanding washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, and fridge-freezers, as well as built-in washing machines, dishwashers, fridge-freezers, ovens and matching extractor hood and hob, are eligible for an extended warranty. Additionally, the company says these appliances are designed to perform efficiently and effectively over the long term, reducing the need for replacements and saving both householders money and carbon footprints.
Bosch also offers the Bosch Genuine Service promise with over 340 engineers across the UK. Local engineers will replace any faulty parts with original replacement parts from the Bosch warehouse in Germany. Furthermore, Bosch stores parts for up to 10 years, providing even greater convenience and security for customers.
In addition, repairs can be undertaken both inside and outside the warranty by booking on the Bosch website or calling the Bosch contact centre, where users can also ask for product advice, support and guidance to help them get the best from their appliance.
