Middleby Residential has named Dominic Worsley as its new UK group MD, tasked with heading up its portfolio of luxury appliance brands which includes AGA, Rangemaster, Rayburn, La Cornue, Novy and Josper.
Worsley joins Middleby Residential from Nottinghamshire-based kitchen appliances brand CDA, where his leadership over the past 2 years helped drive significant market share growth in thesector.
He brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, having held key roles across various industries. As sales director at Groupe SEB, he successfully launched Tefal into major retailers including Tesco and Amazon. He later joined Disney as marketing director, where he leveraged its media assets to create impactful retail events for assets such as High School Musical and Toy Story 3, while also rejuvenating the Winnie the Pooh brand.
Returning to the kitchen industry, Worsley led Miele UK’s marketing and retail sales teams. His efforts in redefining the company’spremium experience contributed to growing its market share. Notably, he then became the first non-German to serve as Miele’s global marketing director.
