At its Annual General Meeting in Berlin, the MHK Group underlined its responsibility to open up additional sales and growth prospects for its more than 4,300 member showrooms.
"In 2025, we are expanding our architecture of future-oriented business models to include two new franchise systems with the aim of opening up additional sales opportunities with new customer target groups for our entrepreneurs," said Volker Klodwig, CEO of the MHK Group.
Moreover, the MHK Group is emphasising the importance of its associations in Europe. At the beginning of 2025, the MHK Group founded MHK France SAS, its national company in France. The strategic importance of growth in Europe will also be felt in the UK in 2025 as MHK UK’s supplier roster surpasses 60 leading brands, which it says confirms its position as the buying group with the most amount of leading KBB supplier members.
In view of the continuing uncertain economic development, Volker Klodwig emphasised the responsibility that the MHK Group is assuming.
He said: "We have already used the past few years to further sharpen the range of services offered by our system partners and to expand our services in the areas of marketing support and digitalisation in the kitchen segment with our strong brands musterhaus küchen and REDDY Küchen. We are now using the year 2025 to expand the range of our business models so that our European shareholders can expand their business with new customer target groups.
"For the MHK Group, this is the core of the association group concept – as a community, we can achieve what strengthens the individual. We have presented and are convinced that we are giving our shareholders an excellent starting position for future and success-oriented entrepreneurial decisions with proven and new business models."
