10 key highlights and innovations spotted at InstallerSHOW 2025
Taking place over 3 days from 24th - 26th June at the NEC Birmingham, InstallerSHOW 2025 has been described by organisers as a record-breaking success – Emma Hedges rounds up 10 highlights.
This year's hotly anticipated return of InstallerSHOW brought together the biggest brands in manufacture and supply from the full spectrum of the built environment, and experienced an impressive 54% year-on-year growth in visitor numbers. A grand total of 800 exhibitor stands attracted a staggering 31,000 attendees, while 300 speakers engaged a keen audience in technical sessions, panel discussions and seminars across 11 content theatres.
“This year’s show exceeded all expectations,” said Mike Costain, MD of InstallerSHOW event organiser, Lyrical Communications (part of Nineteen Group). “The buzz on the floor, the quality of conversations, and the sheer scale of engagement – from visitors and exhibitors alike – was incredible. It’s clear the industry values this platform as a place to connect, learn, and do business.”
We bring you 10 key highlights from InstallerSHOW 2025:
1 - Grohe was focusing on modern bathroom design, personalisation, and sustainability, showcasing its range of concealed product solutions, including the unique, first-of-its-kind GROHE Rapido Shower Frame, which provides all the key behind-the-wall elements for simplified concealed shower installation. The Sensia Pro shower toilet, which offers an entry-level version of its award-winning Sensia Arena model, was also on display alongside a selection of its latest launches. The new Cubeo basin mixer and the Tempesta 110 were also available to view, along with Grohe’s core product lines of showers, thermostat mixers, flush plates and taps.
2 - Visitors to hib.’s stand got an exclusive look at all the company's latest bathroom innovations, from sleek mirrors and cabinets to stylish furniture and basins. Highlights included the wonderfully colourful, jewel-like Entero Vessel Basins, along with the Cayla Cabinet, Ionic Mirror, and Adorn Cloakroom. In addition, hib. announced the launch of hib.pro, a brand-new platform and community space created solely for professional installers. Unveiled exclusively at this year’s show where hib. was making its debut appearance, hib.pro is a platform that is designed to support, inspire and connect installers across the country.
3 - Lecico was back at InstallerSHOW with a bigger, elegantly styled stand showcasing its extended Design Series ranges, as well as its new Atlas Trade furniture, and portfolio of sustainable product ranges. The team was also highlighting the Shani Round and Square, the Zara Round and Layla Smooth WCs. The company’s new Layla furniture offering, featuring a selection of contemporary colours and configurations, was also available for visitors to view.
4 - Hidealoo was exhibiting its space-changing foldaway toilet frame that is so discreet it allows toilets to be hidden inside cabinets, wardrobes and walls. Visitors were able to view examples of how Hidealoo can be used in practice, and see for themselves how they are both simple to install, and to service in comparison to a standard wall-hung WC. Hidealoo fits any standard wall-hung toilet pan and cistern – bought separately – and any off-the-shelf or bespoke cabinet more than 420mm (17.7in) deep and 1200mm (47.2in) wide. It connects to standard mains waste pipes and, with adaptors, to other waste pipe diameters around the world.
5 - Showerwall was making its InstallerSHOW debut with more than 25 new decors alongside a 100% waterproof coreboard – Hydrocore – aimed at meeting the demands of today’s design-led bathroom projects. Among the new designs was a range of luxurious marbles, striking Onyxs and pine inspired synchro designs, which have all been added to Showerwall’s premium Majestic Collection. In addition, Showerwall’s installation specialists were delivering demos showcasing the benefits of this grout-free alternative to tiles that is typically 50% faster to fit. Plus, visitors were able to join Showerwall’s Find a Fitter scheme, which matches consumers looking for wall panelling installation with their nearest installer.
6 - German manufacturer TECE unveiled its TECEneo shower toilet at InstallerSHOW, alongside its new sanitary solutions and flushing technology. Internationally recognised, TECEneo has won the coveted German Design Award 2025 in the ‘Excellent product design’ category for its timeless style and usability. The new wall-hung model features intuitive rotary controls each side, to activate the water pressure and easily adjust the temperature to the individual comfort of the user. The rimless ceramic design features ultra-quiet powerful cyclone flushing technology, paired with the latest CeraClean coating for a hygienic finish.
7 - Häfele was back at InstallerSHOW with a bigger stand this year showcasing a wealth of new product innovations including its range of lighting, new decorative splashbacks, drawers, handles, and more for attendees to explore. Taking centre stage was Utensio, Häfele's first-ever own-brand collection of premium storage solutions. Designed to blend style and elegance with intelligent, thoughtful functionality, the Utensio range features larder pull-outs, corner and base storage and an integrated bin solution. There was also the chance to get hands-on with Matrix, Häfele's drawer range offering easy installation with a pre-assembled option, and Loox, Häfele’s flagship lighting range.
8 - The big launch on Triton's stand was ENlight with HeatRepeat, its first electric shower designed to connect to Waste Water Heat Recovery Systems (WWHRS). Triton says that by capturing otherwise unused energy from the shower wastewater to preheat incoming cold water to the electric shower, ENlight with HeatRepeat can reduce annual energy consumption by up to 51%, slash water usage by 44% and lower carbon emissions by 37%, when compared to a mixer shower connected to a WWHRS, resulting in lower running costs for the end-user.
9 - MHK UK was highlighting the benefits of partnering with the buying group at the show, and was joined by current members who have made the move from exclusively being an installation business to a KBB business. Based in the BiKBBI village, MHK offered a free ‘Advice Shop’ for installers for the duration of the show in which visitors could drop in to ask any business-related questions. In addition, MHK introduced its #kitchenfamily – a kitchen concept in cooperation with Bauformat – which is designed for those who are new to setting up a showroom.
10 - Regular InstallerSHOW exhibitor Aqualisa was back showcasing its latest innovations, and introducing its Installer Connect programme. This new loyalty programme has been designed to provide installers with exclusive support, resources, and rewards. The Aqualisa team was actively enrolling new members during the show, ahead of the full programme launch later in 2025.
