Bertazzoni unveils new Professional Series induction hob with integrated hood and knobs
Italian kitchen appliance company Bertazzoni has launched a new Professional Series induction hob with integrated hood and knobs. The new induction hob, in a Carbonio finish, will be presented at the brand’s Milan showroom (Via Durini 17 – Galleria Strasburgo) during Milan Design Week (20th to 24th April 2026).
The companys says the Carbonio finish, combined with the glossy black glass surface, creates a sophisticated balance between visual lightness and professional solidity. The Titanium-finished knobs provide a secure grip and precise control, while at the centre of the hob the extraction grate stands out as a distinctive design feature.
The 4 3kW Octa zones, with 2 Multizone configurations, ensure maximum adaptability to different cooking needs. The top-grade energy rating guarantees an optimal balance between performance and consumption, while the extraction system reaches 610m³/h for fast and quiet operation. The Power Limitation function allows the product to adapt to different electrical load requirements.
On the installation front, alongside traditional external ducting, channeling air and odors directly outside, the hob has 2 new configuration types for extracting unwanted fumes and smells. The back-outlet mode directs air into the technical space behind the cabinetry and is currently the market’s most appreciated solution for its ease and clean installation. The Plinth-out configuration, on the other hand, expels filtered, purified air directly into the kitchen. Both solutions use a long-life ceramic filter, regenerable in the oven to ensure maximum performance, with a lifespan of 3 to 5 years.
