Wilmslow-based sink, tap and brassware manufacturer Abode has revealed that it has taken part in Movember, the annual charity event that raises awareness of men's health issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mens' suicide. So far the company has raised over £1,000 on its Just Giving page, with design manager Paul Illingworth raising £175 on his own.
While Abode's male members of staff grew moustaches during November, the ladies judged a competition at the end to choose the best-dressed moustache, crowning Paul Illingworth the winner.
