The Novy Easy PRO has won a prestigious Plus X Award 2021-2022, with the 80cm intuitive vented induction hob achieving four seals of approval by the Plus X jury for high quality, design, ease of use and functionality. The Plus X Award is the world’s largest innovation award spanning technology, sports and lifestyle brands. Each category is adjudicated by an independent jury of international experts within their respective industries.
The Novy Easy PRO can be surface or flush mounted into the worktop, and has a central matrix extractor, which is flat within the surface – a subtle design feature that does not interrupt the eyeline. The hob features four octagonal 240 x 210mm cooking zones that can be converted into Flexzones on either side of the extractor vent, when used with a bridging function. Featuring automatic pot detection, pans can be moved around the hob and the temperature will also remain the same once resituated.
With an extraction or a recirculation model to choose from, this powerful vented induction hob also benefits from a wide range of functions that are designed to make surface cooking easier. Together with intuitive cooking functions, the central matrix extractor also has intuitive features. Once cooking has started, it will detect cooking odours and vapours and will automatically regulate the extraction speed in order to quickly and quietly remove them to leave only clean air in the kitchen. It also has a minimum noise level of 39dB and a maximum of 57dB.
