HiB has been named as one of the UK's best places to work in the Best Companies awards.
As well as receiving a 2-star accreditation from Best Companies for 'Outstanding' levels of engagement, the bathroom supplier has also been named the third best company to work for in the manufacturing sector.
It was also ranked as the 24th best mid-size company to work for in the UK, and landed a place in the top 20 businesses to work for in the West Midlands.
HiB - which has a head office in London as well as a national distribution centre (pictured) in Tamworth, Staffordshire - employs more than 125 people across the UK and Ireland. Over a third (35%) of the company's staff have been with the business for more than five years and the company has four core values: innovating and achieving together, enjoy and excel in all that they do, caring for the community and being committed to getting the job done.
The Best Companies list celebrates the country's best organisations to work for, with businesses ranked based on the results of workplace engagement surveys. A company's resulting Best Companies Index (BCI) score takes into account how an organisation "supports, champions and engages" with staff. The accolades are highly prestigious, and competition is hot.
