Italian appliance manufacturer Smeg has selected Häfele as its exclusive distribution partner for major domestic appliances (MDA) in the UK KBB market. Häfele said that the rolling agreement will see it provide the vital link between KBB studios and 'one of the most desired and stylish brands in kitchen appliances'.
Smeg began distributing its appliances via Häfele UK in 2015. To help Häfele customers maximise the exclusive Smeg partnership, the manufacturer has appointed Kully Rajit who will provide product knowledge of Smeg products, along with showroom support and advice.
“We are delighted to strengthen our relationship with Häfele UK,” said Kris Horley, head of independent channel, Smeg UK. “As the market leaders serving the kitchen studio market through its extensive customer base and sales network, it was only logical that Smeg should further enhance the partnership to enable Häfele to give the very best service to Smeg customers.”
