New Zealand appliance brand Fisher & Paykel has announced three new additions to its rapidly growing team. Nathan Smith, left, and Vanessa Billy, centre, and have been appointed as customer success leads and Natasha Mottram, right, joins as inventory & demand planning analyst.
The pandemic had a huge impact on the kitchens market, as the time spent at home inevitably lead to an increased focus on improving the home environment. As a result, this led to a record year for Fisher & Paykel. With the new additions to the team, the company endeavours to further enhance the excellent customer service that Fisher & Paykel is known for in the face of unprecedented increase in demand and pressures on supply chain availability.
David Woollcott, MD Fisher & Paykel UK & Europe, said: “I am delighted to welcome three new team members as our company develops and grows. Their combined knowledge and expertise across the kitchens industry will prove invaluable to our continued commitment in delivering excellence to each and every one of our customers.”
Nathan Smith joins the new team as a customer success lead, working alongside Vanessa Billy and providing brand-led customer experience to kitchen and electrical retailers and improving the sales process to deliver a premium, luxury service.
Vanessa joined Fisher & Paykel in February as customer success lead and is working alongside Nathan and Fisher & Paykel’s area account managers to grow sales with both key kitchen retail partners and direct customers. With a broad range of experience and in-depth knowledge in customer service acquired in her previous role (including in the metal industry and FMCG) Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge to draw on in her new position.
Completing the trio of new recruits Natasha Mottram has been appointed inventory & demand planning analyst. Natasha has extensive experience in supply chain logistics, demand and inventory planning, as well as a history of working across varied markets.
