James Latham and HIMACS have announced that in October they celebrated 18 years of their successful exclusive distribution partnership. To date, Lathams has sold close to a million square metres of HIMACS across the UK and Ireland, making the material one of the distributor’s most popular and sought-after products.
Commenting on the success of the partnership, Lathams MD, Andrew Wright, said: “The relationship we have established with HIMACS is one of the strongest and longest-lasting brand and distributor partnerships in the UK architectural materials market. This has evolved from our teams working closely together for many years, with each party developing an acute understanding and appreciation of the other’s goals, vision and ethos. Fundamentally, we’re both dedicated to encouraging our audiences to use the highest-quality, best-performing materials day-in-day-out.
“We have supported each other in this aim since day one, sharing our extensive, respective knowledge to grow both businesses year-on-year. Almost two decades later, our close ties are testament to the value of exclusive distribution partnerships. We look forward to the future, introducing even more design and construction professionals to HIMACS.”
Martin Saxby, Northern European country manager at LX Hausys Europe GmbH, HIMACS parent company, added: “Over the 18 years of partnering with Lathams we have grown in strength and have established a strong framework with clear goals and strategies. We are aligned in our vision of the future and how we will continue to grow our services and offerings in a collaborative environment. As a collective, LX Hausys and James Latham are stronger, and we challenge each other to be the best in market. I look forward to our ongoing success and continuing to build on our partnership."
