Malmo has embraced the trend for terrazzo-inspired design with the launch of its new Marma tile decor. It is one of four new tiles to join its Rigid Comfort Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring range and features a soft, neutral colourway and eye-catching speckled terrazzo pattern.
Created to provide a cost-effective and design-led alternative to real stone and ceramic tiles, Malmo Rigid Comfort tiles are described by the company as durable and easy to install and maintain. They are suitable for use in domestic and commercial settings.
The tiles measure 457mm x 300mm x 5.5mm and have a built-in 1mm underlay. They feature Malmo's advanced Välinge 5G installation system, which features push down end joints, to make the flooring quicker and easier to fit for professional installers as well as DIY enthusiasts.
In addition to the new terrazzo design, cool stone, concrete and classic-marble effects have also been added to Malmo’s Rigid Comfort Luxury LVT range, taking the total number of natural stone-inspired decors to nine. The collection also features Wide Plank and Narrow Plank options. All designs are 5.5mm thick and have a rigid SPC waterproof core. They are R10 slip resistant, compatible for use with water piped underfloor heating systems, and come with a 15-year domestic and seven-year commercial warranty.
