Appliance specialist Caple’s new gas hob collection – C4061G, C4071G and C4091G – features magnetic cast iron pan supports and metal dial controls on a smooth, stainless steel base for a classic finish, which the company says is highly durable.
Product manager Luke Shipway, said: “Our three new gas hobs have been designed in a professional style for those who prefer to work with an instant, direct flame you can see and control for precision cooking. Great for a variety of cooking needs from high-heat wok frying to grilling, we’ve picked different sizes to accommodate your personal requirements.”
The new C4061G measures 580 x 500mm, and accommodates a triple ring burner, two semi-rapid burners and a simmer burner. If your client is looking for a larger cooking platform, choose a five-burner model, such as the new C4071G, or the C4091G, each of which features a triple ring burner, a rapid burner, two semi-rapid burners and a simmer burner. The C4071G hob measures 760 x 500mm and the C4091G model is 860 x 500mm. All three models feature a flame safety device and auto electronic ignition.
