Ideal Standard has launched its new Cerafine D and O ranges – two easy-to-clean brassware collections with unique designs that make them ideally suited to contemporary residential bathrooms. Both collections comprise basin mixers, mini basin mixers, dual-controlled bath fillers and dual-controlled bath shower mixers.
Cerafine D products incorporate soft, geometric shapes to reflect current home design trends, and are able to complement both square and round-styled ceramic suites. Cerafine O brassware features slim cylindrical spouts, and is suited for more minimalist bathrooms.
Designed with user comfort in mind, all Cerafine D and O basin mixers are equipped with a 5l/min aerator. This feature limits the maximum water flow to help the end user save on utility bills, and also introduces air into the waterflow for a softer, foamy feel. Comfort is further enhanced by the inclusion of LightMove technology on both mixer ranges, allowing easier temperature adjustment between 34°C and 42°C, ensuring safety and preventing the risk of scalding.
The basin mixers in both collections also incorporate Ideal Standard’s FirmaFlow ceramic cartridge. The cartridge has a lifetime of 500,000 operating cycles, which is more than twice the requirement to meet WRAS standards and equates to 10 to 15 years of regular, daily use. This means homeowners can enjoy maintenance-free performance for more than twice as long as the industry norm. Additionally, all products featured in the new Cerafine collections incorporate SmartShine finishing, which is said to make cleaning and maintenance easier for homeowners.
Commenting on the new collection, Anil Madan, specification marketing communications manager, Ideal Standard, said: “Cerafine D and O are beautiful new collections which bring comfort, outstanding performance and safety together. At IdealStandard, we’re always investing in and expanding our ranges to provide customers with the most up to date, stylish additions to suit their bathrooms. These ranges fit perfectly with modern design trends.”
