ArtiCAD announces the appointment of Lee Clark as head of enterprise solutions
ArtiCAD, part of SHD Group, has appointed Lee Clark as its new head of enterprise solutions, further strengthening the company’s commitment to supporting large enterprise customers across the KBB industry.
In his new role, Lee will focus on building and developing long-term partnerships with enterprise customers, gaining a deep understanding of their operational workflows and ensuring they achieve tangible outcomes through ArtiCAD’s innovative solutions. He will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, driving solution adoption, and supporting ArtiCAD’s wider enterprise strategy and customer experience.
Lee brings 30 years’ experience in the KBB and design technology sector, having supported customers across a wide range of roles spanning support, data, account management, enterprise leadership, and strategic customer engagement. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with both SMB and large enterprise organisations, helping them adopt CAD solutions, manage content, improve workflows, and achieve stronger commercial and operational outcomes.
Lee Clark said: “ArtiCAD has built a strong and trusted position in the industry, underpinned by a robust product foundation and a clear long-term opportunity to grow even further in the enterprise space. What really attracted me was ArtiCAD’s ongoing commitment to working closely with customers and investing for the future. I’m looking forward to using my experience to help further shape that direction, build lasting partnerships, and support sustained growth across the business.”
Commenting on the appointment, Brandon Kwesiga, MD at ArtiCAD said: “Enterprise customers are increasingly looking for partners who offer more than just technology; they want consistency, clarity, and a genuine understanding of how their businesses operate – supported by local, dedicated account teams who know them well. Lee brings extensive experience of working with large enterprise organisations and has built long-standing, trusted relationships with customers across the sector, acting as a strategic adviser rather than a transactional supplier. His appointment reinforces ArtiCAD’s commitment to providing a partnership-led approach that enterprise customers value highly, particularly as much of the market shifts towards more corporate, less personal ways of working."
