Cumbrian-based manufacturer Kudos Shower Products has been awarded ISO9001 Quality Management Certification, the world’s most recognised quality management system standard.
The company was presented with the certification by Perry Simpson from QSL ltd, who praised Kudos for its self-motivated and proactive approach, as well as its dedication and expertise in implementing its ‘sophisticated’ management system.
Mark Hill, Kudos group managing director, said: “This is great news for us and shows that we have exceptional processes in place with the people to support this, and that customer service and satisfaction is the core of our business.”
