Cyncly, the leading global provider of software and content solutions that help make spaces for living, has announced the appointment of Weronika Niemczyk-Savage as chief people and culture officer. In her role as CPCO, Niemczyk-Savage will lead programmes to acquire, develop, and retain top talent to enable Cyncly’s sustained growth.

With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Niemczyk-Savage has a strong track record of driving organisational transformation, talent management, and positive employee experience. She joins Cyncly to support the company’s strategy to transform how spaces for living are imagined, designed, sold, managed, and made.
