UK Plumbing Supplies acquires the assets of Fayers Enfield

KBBFocus has learned that in a letter dated 8th June 2026, UK Plumbing Supplies informed suppliers that it has acquired Fayers Enfield, an official trade counter and branch of Fayers Plumbing & Building Supplies Ltd. 

Requesting that customers update their records, the letter states: 'Fayers Enfield is now one of our Profit Centres and should therefore attract all UK Plumbing Supplies Commercial terms'.

UK Plumbing Supplies is the largest independent plumbers’ merchant in the UK, operating from over 300 individual locations and serving all aspects of the marketplace from plumbing and heating to bathrooms and renewables.

Each of its locations operates under a highly decentralised business model, allowing local teams to be the primary decision makers for customers. The company says its national infrastructure supports these efforts, enabling it to provide a consistent service throughout the UK.

Fayers Enfield was one of 4 trade counters operated by Fayers Plumbing & Building Supplies – the others are in Barnet, Buckhurst Hill and Kings Cross.

The letter, which is signed by UK Plumbing Supplies commercial director Steve Wimbledon, concludes by inviting customers to contact the UK Plumbing Supplies commercial team should they require any further clarification.
