Pontypool-based bathroom distributor Faucets has announced the promotion of Jody Wilcox to the position of sales office manager. Faucets said that Jody has been a valued member of the team since she joined the company in 2003. It added that 'over the past 2 decades, she has shown dedication and skill in every role she has undertaken'.
Jody began her journey with Faucets as a sales/contract sales co-ordinator, a role she excelled in from 2003 to 2016. Her keen eye for detail and ability to manage complex contracts set her apart as a key member of the team. In 2016, Jody transitioned to the role of project estimator, where she continued to demonstrate her expertise. After 5 successful years in that position, she was promoted to estimating manager in 2021, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Jody said: "I am honoured and thrilled to take on this new role at Faucets. The support and opportunities provided by the company over the years have been incredible, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to our success and growth in this new capacity."
