Baumann Group launches new e-academy for English-speaking customers

Following the success of its German e-academy, the Baumann Group has launched a new version aimed at their English-speaking customers. The Coronavirus pandemic presented the company with a major challenge when factory visits and face-to-face presentations ground to a halt. As a result, the company decided that an alternative training tool was required, and this was resolved with the launch of the e-academy.

The e-academy is a platform for retailers to access valuable up-to-date information on demand. The informative modules are available 24/7 allowing retailers to improve their product knowledge at a time and place to suit them. These modules are in addition to live training seminars, which take place on fixed dates and times.

Adam Presch, sales manager, North UK and Ireland said: "We have launched the Baumann Academy portal for all our dealers to interact with. The portal not only gives our clients dedicated access to our product’s features via real-time live webinar training, but from mid-2021 ‘on demand’ learning modules will also be available to complete at a time to suit the customer. ‘Credits’ will be awarded for each seminar completed, and when a specific number of credits have been attained, a certificate will be awarded to confirm their expertise in Bauformat & burger products, which can be displayed in their showroom. From this our dealers will be fully equipped to design their client’s dream kitchen."
