Grohe parent company Lixil Emena has been celebrating the successful launch of its digital experience platform Grohe X, as more than 12,000 visitors explored the hub on the first day of its launch. Added to that, almost 4,000 viewers attended the three broadcast events that the brand hosted to introduce its audience to the new platform on 16th March.
Grohe X has been designed to offer information and multimedia content to both trade professionals and consumers, with relevant content tailored to reflect the interests of target groups. A customised programme of content is available, including how-to videos and inspirational articles, as well as 360° virtual rooms showcasing new products, while Grohe experts offer insights into topics and projects. Business partners are also able to use the platform to make appointments with their sales representatives and exchange information directly about the innovations that they have just been introduced to.

The brand also used the online event to reveal new products, introduce its new installer training programme, and also to announce that its four best-selling products have been Cradle to Cradle certified.
