The latest online version is said by the company to offer the Swift Electrical retailer an easier and smarter way to place an order, which in turn offers a much improved user experience.
Using a secure login, retailers can now have 24-hour access to their account, where they will be able to use the account management section to change and update any details. As well as being able to check stock in real time, Swift has also brought a new straightforward way to reprint invoices and download all existing and new brochures with the click of a button.
If retailers are not ready to place an order, there is a ‘basket safe’ option where their items are saved until later, and they even have the option to have multiple baskets on the go at one time.
The new Swift Store is said to be fully responsive, making it both mobile and tablet friendly.
