The refreshed Tom Howley showroom offers an inspiring setting to experience the brand’s signature craftsmanship and timeless design, which now expand to most rooms of the home – we take a look around.
Bespoke kitchen company Tom Howley has unveiled its newly renovated flagship showroom on Wigmore Street, providing an immersive experience that captures the essence of luxury and innovation in interior design. The newly redesigned space on the lower ground floor offers a curated journey through bespoke design, blending timeless elegance with modern touches. Each display has been thoughtfully created to inspire, reflect the versatility of custom furniture, and showcase the highest standards of craftsmanship. The showroom also incorporates the latest design trends, including warm neutrals, rich wooden accents, and cutting-edge appliance technology.
Simon Meyrick, MD at Tom Howley, comments: “Our presence on Wigmore Street for over a decade has blossomed into an unrivalled showroom experience. This location stands as a testament to our steadfast dedication to quality craftsmanship, impeccable service, and unforgettable client experiences.”
Tom Howley, creative design director, adds: “Our mission is to offer our clients more choices than ever before, challenging the ordinary and embracing innovation. As homes transform into multifunctional havens, we've met the challenge head-on, crafting designs that simplify everyday tasks while offering adaptability. Whether it's a boot room for those rainy days, a utility area that eases household chores, or a media wall that unites the family, our showroom encapsulates it all.”
KITCHEN
At the heart of the showroom lies a kitchen from the Butler collection painted in Tom Howley’s newest colours – Anise and Burnet – embodying the growing trend for warm neutrals. The scheme features exclusive Tudor Oak timber accents and brass handles, which complement the sleek Caesarstone 5000 London Grey worktops. Equipped with state-of-the-art Miele appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigeration system, this space is the epitome of luxury and functionality.
The kitchen also includes a built-in BORA Q-Vac vacuum sealer to preserve the flavour of food, a fingerprint-activated drawer safe for secure storage, and a Whitebirk sink paired with a Bidbury tap. A 65-inch integrated TV area, positioned opposite the kitchen island with bench seating, elevates the kitchen's design, making it ideal for both entertaining and everyday enjoyment.
WALK-IN PANTRY
The Butler walk-in pantry demonstrates organisation at its most chic, and is painted in the fresh Anise shade. Featuring burnished brass handles, Tudor Oak accents, and timeless Calacatta Gold worktops by Compac, this pantry is a masterclass in functional simplicity and elegance. Open shelving and a thoughtful mix of closed storage solutions keep everything in place while maintaining a stylish, clutter-free aesthetic.
BOOTILITY
The bootility, crafted from the Hartford collection and painted in Green Meadow, a calming sage green, exudes a sense of tranquillity and style. Rich Tudor Oak accents and burnished brass handles harmonise beautifully with the Calacatta Green worktop by Compac. Designed with functionality in mind, the space includes a white goods cabinet housing Miele appliances, a charming personalised dog bed nook, and ample storage for boots, outerwear, and laundry essentials. Ensuring that every item has its place, this bootility transforms everyday tasks.
BEDROOM
Comfort meets timeless style in this showstopping Butler bedroom. Warm Tudor Oak finishes are accented by elegant burnished brass knob handles, while a Calacatta Gold worktop by Compac adds subtle, yet striking, refinement. An oversized buttoned headboard invites relaxation, flanked by tall mirrors that enhance the sense of space and reflect the room’s understated sophistication. This display is designed to show how a serene retreat can offer both luxury and tranquillity.
DRESSING ROOM
Designed as a continuation of the bedroom, the bespoke dressing room from the Butler collection is a sanctuary of sophistication. Painted in Anise and complemented by Tudor Oak, the space features a Calacatta Gold worktop, seamlessly tying into the bedroom’s aesthetic.
Thoughtfully arranged open and closed storage ensures every item is within easy reach and impeccably organised. Spotlights and strip lights highlight the craftsmanship and details of the cabinetry, enhancing the room’s tranquil atmosphere. At the centre, a buttoned bench seat provides a practical yet elegant addition, creating a calm environment that elevates everyday routines.
