British bathroom brand Victoria + Albert Baths has introduced the redesigned collection of its bestselling freestanding Barcelona range.
Inspired by the city famous for its organic design, the original Barcelona collection was created to suit both classic and contemporary spaces. The new range consists of three different sizes; the Barcelona 1500, which is intended for smaller bathrooms; the Barcelona 1700 (previously the Barcelona 2), which is said to be ideal for master or family bathrooms; and finally the Barcelona 1800, a statement tub for those with spacious suites. The collection is accompanied by a range of matching basins, creating a cohesive design language throughout the entire bathroom.
The new ribbon design of the range’s rim means that it softens and chamfers at different parts of the bath, offering increased comfort for the bather’s head, neck, and arms. Enhanced ergonomics added to the new design also allow for optimal back support, to help encourage a superior bathing experience.
