German kitchen brand Rotpunkt has been offering its UK retail customers a range of virtual services in a bid to support them to continue to do business as usual during this difficult time. Retailers were able to log on and watch a 2021 brand and product presentation, and then attend a follow-up Q&A session with the Rotpunkt management and sales team. They have also been able to access a 360° virtual tour, which enables them to take an interactive walk through the company's flagship showroom in Germany, and see the products on display for themselves.
"This latest programme of events are great opportunities for us to create new areas of growth for our customers by establishing an innovative, well-managed retail package," said Kim Rochester, UK customer relations manager for Rotpunkt. "Bringing our customers the latest news and product innovations has always been an integral part of our business and reflects our sustainable company values."
