1810/SCHOCK celebrates a 'highly successful' appearance at KBB Birmingham 2026
1810/SCHOCK has revealed it is celebrating a 'highly successful' appearance at KBB Birmingham 2026, during which it unveiled a series of product innovations and announced a new collaboration that captured strong interest from visitors throughout the 4-day event. Exhibiting for the first time since The 1810 Company was acquired by SCHOCK in 2022, the stand showcased the best of 1810’s stainless steel and PVD sink offering alongside SCHOCK’s premium CRISTADUR® quartz composite range and a collective, innovative range of pull-out taps.
Among the key highlights was the latest evolution of the AXIX range, featuring a new HEX-textured sink base, alongside the launch of the introduction of the versatile Kaia CRISTADUR® sink range by SCHOCK. Another standout moment of the show was the official announcement of the 1810/SCHOCK and Quooker® collaboration, with SCHOCK’s CRISTADUR® sink range now officially approved for use with Quooker® boiling water taps – creating a seamless and highly functional solution that was warmly-received by attendees. An all-new team of regional sales managers welcomed strong footfall throughout the 4-day event.
MD Bernhard van Ommen said: “It was a hugely successful show for us. Having the opportunity to connect with visitors face-to-face and share the passion that we all have for our company and our products was invaluable. The response from visitors to our stand was overwhelmingly positive, and revealed some really exciting opportunities to look ahead to – we’d like to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to visit us.”
Colour was a defining theme across the stand, with the new Aged Brass tap finish displayed for the first time, alongside SCHOCK’s latest CRISTADUR® tone Magnolia. A multi-coloured display of 1810’s popular Spirale taps also drew significant attention from visitors. Also unveiled for the first time were the new 1810 Dutrarre QFit Flex and SCHOCK Talia pull-out tap options, further expanding the company’s innovative product offering.
Van Ommen added: "Our focus is on delivering a truly premium product offering while making it as simple as possible for our customers to succeed and grow, and our presence at this year’s show highlighted this. Every innovation, finish, and product range is designed to combine quality, performance, and flexibility, helping our partners achieve their goals with confidence. The collaboration with Quooker® is something that offers real value for customers, and something we’re truly excited to be a part of. It was fantastic to meet so many new and existing partners face to face, share our passion for what we do, and explore how we can continue supporting their businesses moving forward."
