Franke has launched an online training programme, which it says is part of its ongoing commitment to supporting its valued retailer network. Through the Franke Academy, the brand’s retail partners can access bite-sized training sessions to help them with enhanced knowledge about the different product categories within the Franke portfolio to help them maximise sales.
Seven hour-long online sessions have been developed based on customer feedback, each of which can be tailored to the needs of individual businesses. The sessions currently available to book are: What’s New? – New Product Introductions; Profits Push – Increased Profitability; Boiling Brilliant! – Instant Boiling Water; Get Fresh – Filtered Water; Clean Up – WDU; A Breath of Fresh Air – Hoods; and An Introduction to Carron Phoenix.
Each training session provides an overview of key products within the category and looks at their benefits, technical features and how they reflect key consumer trends. Designed to be interactive, the training also includes an opportunity for Q&A. The sessions are being held regularly upon request and are delivered by a key Franke contact.
