KBB Recruitment launches new website and free ads for apprenticeships

KBB Recruitment, the job board for the KBB industry, has refreshed its website with a new modern design that the company says improves the customer journey, and makes it quicker and easier to navigate.

The new website includes extra features such as a one-click application process, and direct access to online training from Simon Acres Group, which can help candidates add to their technical skills to get a head start on the competition.

A new apprenticeships feature provides free of charge adverts for those seeking to take on apprentices. The BMF, the trade association that represents and protects the interests of builders’ merchants and suppliers has taken up the offer and is using the job board to promote its members' apprenticeship vacancies.

Learning and development manager at BMF, Kerry Wilson, said: “Our apprenticeships offer growth of knowledge, skills and behaviours in the working environment, specific to building materials. The opportunities from branch to boardroom gives sight of the career path you can embark on whether you are new to the sector or looking for a career change.

“The new apprenticeship feature on the KBB Recruitment website provides a new outlet for the advertisement of vacancies supporting education and bringing new talent in the sector.”

Henesh Chotai, head of recruitment at KBB Recruitment, added: “We are delighted to play our part in encouraging more apprenticeships into the industry. We know that many of our clients are wanting to invest in the next generation of talent for their businesses, and we are happy to support them.

“Apprentices bring youth and fresh ideas into a business whilst learning new skills and continuing their education. There are several schemes up and running now, making it easier than ever to bring an apprentice into a business.”

Those businesses looking to advertise an apprentice position can call one of the team on 01933 448877 or visit www.kbbrecruitment.co.uk for more information.
