Fisher & Paykel has announced the launch of its Series 11 Combination Steam Ovens. The brand says these are its first truly multiple function ovens where the moist heat of steam-only and the dry heat of convection-only cooking mediums can stand on their own merits or be combined to give users the freedom to choose the cooking results they want. Functions include Steam, Sous Vide, Air Fry, and Vent Bake.
There are two design options to choose from. The Minimal style oven with its black finish, pictured, blends seamlessly into a kitchen design without dominating it. The Contemporary style oven has a stylish black finish with stainless steel contrasts, designed to help homeowners achieve a kitchen aesthetic that suits their design style. They can also be paired with a matching Vacuum Seal Drawer.
